The Ukrainian Armed Forces are hiding heavy weapons in the urban areas of Mariupol
Ukrainian troops, hiding behind the civilian population, have weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements within the city. This fact of violation was recorded by OSCE staff.

“On 27 January, members of the SMM patrol observed the following violations of withdrawal lines in government-controlled areas: two towed howitzers (D-20, 152 mm) and two anti-tank guns (MT-12 Rapira, 100 mm) stationed in Mariupol, as well as two howitzers (D-20), which were towed eastward through the village of Karlovka (25 km northwest of Donetsk). About 50 minutes later, while at the same place, the observers saw two more howitzers (D-20) being towed west along the same road,” the report says.
