A resident of the village of Tetkino on the border with Ukraine in the Kursk region died as a result of shelling from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Governor Roman Starovoyt announced this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Starovoit, there were also injuries and damage as a result of the shelling.

“The next enemy attack on Tyotkino, which occurred at dawn, unfortunately ended in tragedy. At the moment, at least one civilian death is known. According to preliminary data, this is a truck driver who brought raw materials to the distillery. The enemy launched several attacks on this object.

There are also wounded. They are given first aid. The fires in the village are currently being extinguished. Several houses were damaged. There are also reports of unexploded shells. All operational services are in place. Specialists are working to record the crime. We will provide all the necessary assistance to all affected families,” Starovoit wrote.
