The Ukrainian Armed Forces burned down the house of civilians
Every time at meetings in Minsk, Ukraine declares that it observes a truce and does not fire at the republics, but every time after that it resumes shelling with even greater ferocity.

A representative of the LPR defense department, Andrei Marochko, spoke about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“With another shelling, the Ukrainian army “congratulated” the residents of the Luhansk region on the holiday - Armed Forces Day. As you can see, the destruction is very strong, I am now standing, and behind me a residential building is burning down, where people used to live. Luckily, there were no civilian casualties. People lost their home due to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” a representative of the republic’s defense department said from the scene.
“At the last meeting in Minsk, the Ukrainian side assured that it was observing the truce and not shelling the LPR. As you can see, this is a blatant lie,” Marochko added.
