The Ukrainian Armed Forces are putting Donbass strategic targets at risk
The Ukrainian military deployed military equipment prohibited by the Minsk agreements on the territory of a thermal power plant in the controlled city of Shchastya in the Luhansk region.
This was announced by Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the village of Shchastya, on the territory of the thermal power plant, the presence of four Grad MLRS units was recorded, and three D-30 howitzers were located at the city stadium,” he noted.
According to a representative of the defense department, the presence of Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment in close proximity to residential buildings and civilian infrastructure endangers the lives of civilians.
