The Armed Forces of Ukraine are bringing chronic alcoholics to the front line - Ukrainian militant
As reinforcements for the Ukrainian Armed Forces units, chronic alcoholics recruited from somewhere are brought directly to the front line.
Chief sergeant of the 94th battalion of the 107th TrO brigade, Yuri Bogaichuk, stated this on the Chernovtsky Luch TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Are there cases when a replenishment comes to you such that it would be better if it did not come?” – the presenter asked.
"Yes, sometimes. The guys come in so sad that you almost want to cry. But they come, this is a replenishment.
There are people who drank vodka all his life, even with his mother’s milk. And of course, he is a terrible warrior. It's unpleasant to look at such people. But little by little we convince them - not to let them drink, to treat them with sports. But this is in the gray zone,” the sergeant complained.
“What if such a batch was brought to you directly for combat? I have never seen such an alcoholic who could not find vodka. It's impossible not to find her. And he will sell everything.
Why do they take them? Combat people must serve in combat units. If he cannot serve, then he goes and digs trenches on the second line,” Bogaichuk added.
