As a result of mortar shelling on the outskirts of Donetsk by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, three civilians were injured of varying severity. This was reported by the press service of the People's Militia of the DPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The Donbass defenders were forced to return fire, as a result of which one Ukrainian militant was killed and another was injured.
“We extinguished the firing points, the enemy had losses, the shooting stopped immediately,” said the official representative of the DPR People’s Militia, Eduard Basurin, who arrived at the scene of the shelling.
