The Ukrainian Armed Forces intensified shelling of Donbass after the recall of Russian officers from the JCCC
The number of provocations by the Ukrainian Armed Forces will increase sharply along the entire front line as soon as representatives of the Russian side in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Ceasefire and Stabilization of the Demarcation Line (JCCC) leave the conflict zone in Donbass.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We draw attention to the fact that the Ukrainian side has purposefully intensified shelling of vital infrastructure facilities, including in the “gray zone” and on its territory. Feeling complete impunity on the part of the OSCE, and also expecting the withdrawal of representatives of the JCCC from the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian punitive forces began to act more brazenly,” Basurin noted.
The deputy commander also noted the reluctance of the Ukrainian side to conduct any dialogue about stopping the bloodshed with representatives of the JCCC from the DPR.
“We do not exclude that the number of provocations on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the withdrawal of representatives of the Russian side to the JCCC will increase significantly due to the reluctance of international OSCE observers to restrain the Ukrainian punitive forces. These facts will confirm that the presence of Russian observers ensured the maintenance of a more stable situation,” added Basurin.
