On New Year's Eve, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired grenade launchers at the outskirts of Donetsk
Ukrainian units continue to ignore their obligations to ceasefire, not stopping shelling of the DPR territory even for a day.
Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The use of automatic grenade launchers by the enemy was noted in the area of the Volvo Center on the Pesky side,” Basurin said about the violations during the day.
The deputy commander also announced the number of attacks on the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the entire time since the beginning of the “New Year’s truce.”
“In total, during the introduction of the ceasefire regime by the parties, from December 23, twenty-four violations were recorded by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. More than two hundred shells and mines were fired across the territory of the Republic,” summed up Basurin.
