Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass blew up their financial documentation before the audit
A commission that suddenly arrived at the location of one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades in the Joint Forces Operation zone recorded a series of explosions, as a result of which part of the financial documentation of the unit was destroyed.
The official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, a commission of the General Staff of Ukraine and the military prosecutor’s office suddenly arrived at the location of the 36th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to check the accounting and availability of material and expenditure of financial resources in the formation.
“The commission found that a series of explosions occurred in the area of responsibility of the 36th brigade, as a result of which part of the financial documentation and documents on the accounting of the unit’s materiel were destroyed. The militants tried to attribute the explosions to shelling by units of the DPR NM. However, specialists who arrived at the scene have already established that the explosions in the Vodyanoye area were carried out by detonating TNT blocks and one 122-mm shell,” Basurin said.
Let us remind you that earlier the People's Militia of the DPR reported another incident that occurred in the 36th brigade, where servicemen killed their colleague in a drunken brawl and, trying to hide traces of the crime, they beheaded the corpse.
