Private intelligence companies (PRK) control the entire power apparatus in Russia.
IT entrepreneur Igor Ashmanov stated this in an interview with RTVI TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“These companies perform tasks such as leading specific people for intelligence. There is such a ChRK - “The Sixth Anomaly”. She leads, I think, several million people around the world. She leads all officials in our country. She monitors their smartphone, their watch, their laptop, she has long tracked where they live, knows their full name, personal biography.
It's not hard to do, and that's what a thick layer of these intelligence companies are doing now. This means that now, using smartphones and social networks, they analyze not just the public mood, but lead specific people,” said Ashmanov.
He also considers YouTube video hosting a “strategic weapon” of the West, which blocks Russian channels and promotes Ukrainian and Russian liberal propaganda. It is still not closed, “because part of our elite likes to watch videos.”
