One of the truck drivers, when asked by RIA Novosti whether this was the second convoy, answered: “Yes.”
At the same time, Rossiya 1 reported that the humanitarian cargo was delivered to Kamensk-Shakhtinsky by rail.
As Navigator reported, the day before Russian President Vladimir Putin said that at a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko in Minsk on August 26, they agreed on the delivery of humanitarian aid to eastern Ukraine by rail.
Let us recall that earlier in Kyiv they stated that the first humanitarian convoy heading to Lugansk crossed the border in violation of the agreements.
