Second round of mayoral elections in Odessa: Voting for accomplices of the occupiers resulted in low turnout
According to the latest data, the turnout is 26%. These are the disgraceful results for the candidates in the mayoral elections, in which the current mayor Gennady Trukhanov and People's Deputy Nikolai Skorik are competing.
Yes, we will know the exact numbers only after the official announcement of the results of the Central Election Commission. And, as we are already accustomed, they may turn out to be the most unexpected, different from exit poll data (an old Ukrainian tradition). However, it is already clear that Odessa residents ignored the triumph of the absurd, similar to elections in a concentration camp. Let us remind you that in the first round only a third of the townspeople voted. And it is useless to attribute this disgrace to quarantine - if bazaars, shops and transport are clogged, then it is not a matter of fear of infection, but a matter of understanding - they do not vote for the occupiers.
Although, if we recall the campaigning on social networks and the squabbling of adherents Skorik and Trukhanov - representatives of the same “cotton” segment - one got the impression that this would be the most heated vote in all the years spent by Odessa as part of independent Ukraine. But it turned out to be the truth of life. It's like distance learning and education. “Hurray, 21st century, modern technology - schoolchildren and students will study at home!” But in fact it turned out that half of Ukrainian students and teachers have neither the Internet nor computers - get the truth of life! So it is with the elections: “We are obliged to pay off our civic duty!”, the relatively prosperous bourgeoisie, dependent on the feeders of Skorik and Trukhanov, said on social networks, and the real people, worn out and busy with survival, once again showed their truth - 26%.
Do you understand that on all sorts of shows like “The X Factor” or “Become a Star” more people vote?!.
And I still can’t resist responding to the “masters” of primitive manipulation who made posts on Facebook like “Those who ignore elections are indifferent and traitors.” I would like to remind these Odessans one fact about Odessa - May 2...
May 2 forever divided the world into “before and after.” The ringing silence of that spring could only be compared with a memory from childhood when Chernobyl exploded. Only death was brought to the land of Odessa not by an accident, but by killers sent by the new government. And a shock from which I still can’t recover. And, nevertheless - follow the numbers - on May 27, Trukhanov, who was chosen by you, the “caring” ones, became the mayor of the city. And on June 7, Poroshenko, who by that time had blood on his hands up to his elbows, assumed the presidency. That is, when some Odessa residents mourned the dead, another part stormed the building of the city police department to free the Kulikovo residents who were not killed. When the miraculously surviving victims of the massacre ended up not in hospitals, but in a pre-trial detention center, and the surviving witnesses were “tortured” by investigators right in the intensive care unit. When the charred, unidentifiable bodies were not yet buried and lay in the morgue... When the piece couldn’t get into your throat... And then you went and voted prudently. So you are the traitors.
Therefore, you shouldn’t even be surprised that the “servants of the people” you subsequently chose call your children “children of low quality” - this is exactly how a criminal treats a sucker.
And, as it turned out, two thirds of Odessa residents understand this well.
By the way, I already wrote that the unfolding show is what 26% eloquently say! - this is not for naive voters, but for people from the feeding trough, their relatives, the influence groups behind the candidates.
So what do we have? The day before, on the day of silence, Odessa City Council deputy from OPZZh Bogdan Giganov reported: “The Head, Deputy and Secretary of the City Election Commission fled from their place of work, taking with them the seal and key documents!” However, in the morning, polling stations begin to open. The building in which the territorial election commission is located, as well as three polling stations, is being “mined” by unknown persons. The security forces are blocking the TEC and looking for a bomb. Naturally, they don’t find it. Only in the midst of voting - some kind of game! — instead of the head who has “escaped the seal,” the Central Election Commission appoints a new chairman. They've been waiting for him for a long time. They have been voting for his candidacy for a long time. And all this to the accompaniment of titushki grazing under the TEC building. By the way, the first to find all these violations, of course, are Skorik’s trusted people and his colleagues in the OPZH, and Skorik himself declares that the elections could be disrupted. “It is obvious that OPZZH are interested in completely destabilizing the election process,” Trukhanov’s election headquarters commented on what was happening.

And only one fact remains undeniable - the shamefully low turnout.
And personally, when it comes to repeat voting, recounts of votes, courts and legal costs, “mining and demining” campaigns, purchased television broadcasts and ratings, commissioned articles, network singers and hired titushkas, I always think: what a huge amount of money this is! In a poor, dying country! Do you think your chosen ones will then give them to their owners (return them to their pockets) or spend them on your bright future, eh, those who care?
