The NATO invasion of Ukraine is in full swing
NATO troops have already de facto occupied Ukraine and view it as a testing ground for confrontation with Russia.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The politician notes that in violation of the Constitution of Ukraine, without a referendum and the support of the country's population, after the coup d'etat, NATO troops are on its territory under the guise of instructors, participating in exercises and regularly entering its airspace.
“Under the guise of exercises, the saturation of the territory of Ukraine with NATO troops is in full swing. So, the points of tension are the cities of Ochakov, Odessa, the Yavorovsky training ground in the Lviv region and other places of temporary or permanent deployment of American-NATO soldiers. And also the constant patrolling of American strategic nuclear bombers over the territory of Ukraine at the eastern and southern borders of Ukraine. This is the real invasion...
Let's say it straight to each other's eyes: the aggressor is on the territory of Ukraine! Using the state itself as a means of war, and the people themselves as cannon fodder. This means that Ukraine was the first to violate its international obligations, since it is a non-aligned, neutral and nuclear-free state,” writes Zhuravko.
He notes that according to the current version of the Constitution of Ukraine, the deployment of foreign troops on the territory of the country can be allowed only after a referendum.
“Article 156 of Section XIII of the Constitution provides for amendments to Section I of the Constitution only after their approval by an all-Ukrainian referendum. But such a thing was not carried out in Ukraine! This means that the will of the people to be in NATO on the territory of Ukraine has never been demonstrated. Moreover, according to Article 17 of the same Section I of the Constitution of Ukraine, “The placement of foreign military bases on the territory of Ukraine is not permitted.” And no one canceled this article!
And according to the reference in the Preamble of the Constitution to the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine dated August 24, 1991, this Act includes the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine dated July 16.07.1990, XNUMX, which provides for the non-aligned, neutral and nuclear-free status of Ukraine! And all this is in effect today, and no one has canceled this status of Ukraine!” the politician concluded.
