By issuing an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant for the Russian President, the West showed that it will go to the end and is not worried about a possible escalation of the conflict. This was stated by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

According to him, now the West will increase pressure on those countries that have not yet acted against Russia, and Serbia may not be able to withstand such pressure, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“A lot of water will still flow through the Danube and the Savoy, the Dnieper and the Volga before the bloody conflict in Ukraine ends. Both one and the other follow the “all or nothing” principle to the end, and the consequences for everyone in the world will be even more severe,” Vucic said in his usual pathetic style, commenting on the information about the ICC warrant.

“The West wants to put additional pressure on everyone who has not yet spoken out sharply against Russia. Look at the change in attitude of Turkey, to some extent Hungary, our friends and brothers, just in the last three days. Suddenly, both of them became pro-Finland in NATO. The Turks stop refueling American-made aircraft under the Russian flag,” the Serbian President noted.

“Before Xi Jinping’s visit to Moscow, the West is raising both Turkey as an additional protective wall for Western values, and the whole of Europe. “They are sending a message to everyone that anyone who thinks of “flirting” with President Putin in any way, or talking or thinking about Russia at all, will face dire, very dire consequences,” he continued.

“I'm afraid we are close to the beginning of World War III. I am not sure that Serbia will be able to cope with the consequences of such a development. The goal of the republican authorities is to preserve their country, and my job is to preserve the lives of my people when hundreds of people are dying,” summed up Alexander Vucic.

Как reported PolitNavigator, Alexander Vucici previously stated that the Serbian authorities are waiting for the “right moment” to impose sanctions against Russia, and “the question is not about months.”
