“They are being built with the expectation that next year it will be launched and transported to Ukraine, in 23 it will be packed with weapons, because, if I understand correctly, the agreement does not provide for weapons and Ukraine will build it separately, but then mount. And now, by the end of the 24th year, it should supposedly go into operation. But you can see Voronchenko’s statements that in 2018 there will be the first missile boat, in 2020 there will be a mosquito fleet, and so on,” the expert said.
“These statements for four years in advance are worth nothing. In this country you can say anything. Now there was the first point - this is the bookmark. “Vladimir the Great”, a corvette, was also laid down by the President of Ukraine, then Yanukovych. Everyone knows how the story ends,” Chmut said.
