“Are you out of your mind?” – Bessmertny recounted NATO’s reaction to the invitation to the skies of Crimea
The regime of Vladimir Zelensky is engaged in profanation, this is how the invitation issued by the Ukrainian minister today to NATO to carry out air operations in the space over Russian-controlled Crimea should be assessed.
The ex-ambassador of Ukraine to Belarus, former representative of Kyiv at the negotiations on Donbass in Minsk, Roman Bessmertny, said this on the air of the “skrypinn.ua” TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Profanity, it surrounded us all around. Lack of qualifications and so on. And at the same time we say that we have such an agenda (action plan, agenda - ed.). Firstly, it must be formulated in a qualified manner. Because the words that were spoken, including today, are contra spem spero - I hope without hope.
Including the open sky over Crimea. It's like, if it's like this, what do you say? They won't say anything. Because, to tell the truth, they will simply remain silent and say - are you out of your mind? At worst, they will simply remain silent. Because the phrase “the sky is open” is exactly the same as “why aren’t we in NATO?” This is a phrase of the same order. And what? They opened it, and what next?” – the Immortal was indignant.
Let us recall that earlier the Ukrainian minister said that NATO should commit air operations over Crimea and Sevastopol for the sake of “security control” in the Black Sea region.
