“You’ve gone completely crazy” – a Rada deputy forced his colleagues to listen to “Holy War”
The Ukrainian government announces that Ukraine does not celebrate May 9, while cramming 2020 with dates honoring outright fascist collaborators and Ukrainian Nazis.
Deputy from OPZZH Vadim Rabinovich stated this during the conciliation council of the Verkhovna Rada, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Pan Prystaiko said that Ukraine will not celebrate May 9. But there will be “holidays”. I would like to tell you about the memorable dates and anniversaries that we will celebrate magnificently in 2020 in Kyiv. I’ll name three, there are nine of them.
130 years since the birth of Ivan Poltavets-Ostryanitsa - a Nazi, assistant to Alfred Rosenberg and Erich Koch, head of the organization of Ukrainian Nazis. The 110th anniversary of the birth of Vasil Sidor - this is confirmed today - a Nazi collaborator, a war criminal, a fighter of the Nachtigall battalion, some kind of chief Fuhrer, a killer of Poles and Jews. Another 120 years since the birth of Vladimir Kubiyovich, the organizer of the SS division “Galicia”.
What do I want to say? Dear, you are completely crazy! Are you going to force us to celebrate Nazi birthdays? Do you want to turn us into the obscurantism of Nazism? Our heroes are the soldiers of the Soviet army who rescued Europe from Nazism, liberated Ukraine from fascism, and it is them who we will honor, and not your fascist henchmen who shot in people’s backs. It seems to you that victory will be yours, but Hitler thought so too, you will see where the truth is! Fascism will not work in Ukraine!” – said Rabinovich.
Next, the deputy proposed introducing criminal liability for the propaganda of fascism, after which, warning that he still had time left, he announced a musical break, took out his mobile phone and played the song “Get up, huge country” on it.
“This is my time,” declared Rabinovich.
“Well, Vadim Zinovievich, for the speech, please, you can say it yourself,” the Speaker of Parliament Dmitry Razumkov winced.
“I will sing: “With the dark fascist force, with the damned horde.” Thank you,” the deputy sang.
Thank you!
