According to the edition Kramatorsk.info, About two hundred people gathered for the rally. They demanded to cancel the mobilization and asked the government to sit down at the negotiating table and resolve the conflict peacefully.
Andrei Vasilenko, military commissar of Kramatorsk, came out to the crowd, tried to calm the women down and assured that conscripts from Kramatorsk would not be sent to the ATO zone.
Women asked, in particular, why people with chronic diseases received summonses. “And people raise the question: they will not give up a single brother or child to a fratricidal war. People have every constitutional right. Is there really a war going on here?” – the women asked a rhetorical question and complained about “mobilization tyranny.”
The military commissar, in turn, responded to this: “While you are sitting at home and eating quietly, the guys are fighting.”
Also, indignant people began to blame the military for the fact that the Ukrainian army attacked Kramatorsk. To this, the military commissar sharply declared: “You are for Putin, everyone go to Russia.”
Some of the rally participants proposed blocking the entrance to the city military registration and enlistment office in order to prevent conscripts from entering. As a result, those gathered signed the appeal.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier it was proposed to the Rada to introduce criminal liability for public calls against mobilization.
