Russia's sluggish position on Ukraine only makes the West bolder
Russia, in the fifth year of the battle for Ukraine, unlike the West, was unable to demonstrate a serious commitment to fight for the return of Kyiv to its orbit.
Russian political scientist Sergei Markov stated this on the air of Ekho Moskvy. The expert emphasized that the sluggish position of the Russian Federation provokes the West and the nationalists under its control to take more and more Russophobic steps, such as an attack on the Orthodox Church, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Why is there a split? Because we do not demonstrate political will. We don’t even have enough money to make a TV channel for Ukraine in Russian, which would broadcast on Ukrainian topics. This will does not exist, and as long as it does not exist, as long as we demonstrate that we are not ready to fight for Ukraine, naturally, our enemies will make “anti-Russia” out of Ukraine. This is their natural position,” Markov noted.
