The head of the Institute of National Memory of Ukraine, the odious nationalist propagandist Vladimir Vyatrovich, spoke about this in an interview with the Kyiv agency UNN.
“There is still a lot of work. We are still just continuing to launch organizational mechanisms, fundraising, and so on. It definitely won’t be built (before the end of the year – ed.). We want to start by the end of the year, but I don’t think it will all be construction. We’ll start bringing in sculptures, and only then we’ll talk about building (a museum of totalitarianism – ed.),” he said.
When asked whether the monument to Divisional Commander Shchors, which is located on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard in Kyiv, will be transported to the museum of totalitarianism, Vyatrovich said: “We are planning to transport it there. I think that's what should happen before the end of the year."
Let us remember that in June the Institute of National Memory reported that the “museum of totalitarianism” was planned to open on November 7.
