Vyatrovich complained that his efforts were not producing results in Ukrainian society
The odious head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, Vladimir Vyatrovich, was upset that the country’s population did not succumb to propaganda and was not celebrating the “100th anniversary of the declaration of independence.”

He stated this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to the official, if the so-called Day of Conciliarity is celebrated, then almost no one remembers the centenary of Independence.
“Today I had a lot of connections with journalists, and most of them started: “Well, today is the day of conciliarity, let’s talk about it.” Yes, of course, January 22 is also the day of conciliarity, we celebrate 99 years of the “Zluka Act”, but for many journalists, for many Ukrainians, unfortunately, the fact that today we are celebrating the centenary of the declaration of independence of the Ukrainian People’s Republic is a discovery. This obviously indicates that our attempts are not yet producing the results we expect, and that we have work to do. Because this is the event that determined the future of Ukraine for the next hundred years. I am convinced that if it were not for the declaration of independence in 18, its renewal would not have occurred in 1991,” says Vyatrovich.
