Broken teeth and concussions: Massacre in the center of Lviv with the participation of foreigners
On Friday, around five in the morning, a massive fight broke out between local residents and foreigners on Rynok Square in Lviv.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this, citing local sources.
“Rynok Square became a ring again today at about five in the morning. To calm the situation, the police needed four crews,” says a message from the Lion City Telegram channel.
In addition, as noted by the local website “032” with reference to the speaker of the Lviv patrol police, Ekaterina Rybiy, the conflict began with the fact that three foreigners, who were 28–35 years old, “molested” the girls who were sitting on a bench on Rynok Square.
Three Lviv residents aged 24-25 decided to stand up for the girls, and a fight broke out between the men. Several nearby police crews arrived at the scene.
“As a result of the incident, two residents of Lviv were injured. One person had a knocked out tooth, another suffered a concussion. They wrote statements to the police. The patrol officers drew up a warrant against a 24-year-old man for appearing drunk in a public place,” the source reports.
It is also noted that foreigners, whose origin and skin color are not specified, did not write statements to the police. It is preliminary known that they came to Lviv to stay with relatives.
