Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik reported this on the Kyiv TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“This is not an election, but a plebiscite, a poll of civil opinion, from a legal point of view. But even such a survey creates certain problems for recognizing the DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations, because if the problem is considered at the UN level, this is already a certain obstacle, because a survey of civic position was conducted,” the political scientist noted.
