Kyiv, August 22 (Navigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – Possible elections of the Verkhovna Rada in Ukraine will take place according to the Latin American scenario: vote counting will be corrected by machine gunners from the private armies of oligarchs.
This was stated by the President of the Center for Political Consulting and Training Oleg Kudinov, the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper reports.

The expert still doubts that the authorities will be able to organize elections - the Central Election Commission has never held them in such a short time, and there is no money in the treasury.
In addition, Kyiv needs to return Donbass under its control on the eve of voting day.
“Otherwise, 4-5 million voters plus Crimea will not be represented in parliament. It seems to me that because of this, the districts should be completely “redrawn”. This is a very big job: in the current conditions of lack of money and professionals, it cannot be done. There remain strong armed units - the National Guard, the Right Sector, private armies. Such elections were usually held in Latin America,” says Oleg Kudinov.
The expert believes that the elections, in which oligarchic clans will fight, will in many respects be decided by force.
“The result, however, will be determined at the polling stations after the doors close. Whoever has a machine gun in his hands will be counted in his favor. There will be the elimination of candidates, the forceful seizure of election commissions, and a forced recount. There is a big fight for big American money,” Kudinov is sure.
