Donetsk, May 25 (Navigator, Mikhail Shalyapin) - The Navigator correspondent inspected polling stations in Donetsk and stated: the presidential elections in Ukraine are something like a parallel reality that has nothing to do with the lives and aspirations of the citizens.

The elections in Donetsk did not fail, they simply did not happen, they were ignored at the level of 100%. Moreover, no one intimidated people, did not threaten, did not agitate, the Donetsk people simply did not come, apparently, something had changed in the psychology of the overwhelming majority. At none of the polling stations did the reporter see ANYONE who wanted to vote, or who was indignant at the lack of such an opportunity.
One might assume that people have become incredibly apolitical or intimidated by the current situation, but one can soon be convinced of the opposite - a pro-Russian rally of many thousands took place in the center of Donetsk.
