In Sevastopol, during the State Duma elections, incriminating evidence from Ukrainian times was used: a film with sharp criticism of deputy candidate Dmitry Belik, who so far occupies a leading position in the election race, was published on the YouTube video hosting site.

Judging by the credits, the film was filmed back in 2012, when Belik ran for the Verkhovna Rada. The authors of the film accuse the politician and his entourage of receiving benefits during the leadership of the land commission of the Sevastopol City Council, cite the facts of the allocation of land plots to related structures, simultaneously tracking the growth of the welfare of those involved in shadow schemes.
