According to him, the districts are divided quite specifically. Thus, the center of the district is a city controlled by militias, and most of the district is controlled by Ukrainian troops, or vice versa. It is clear that elections will not be held in the territory under the control of the militia. However, according to the CEC’s explanations, the elections will be considered valid even if one polling station has opened.
As an example of how this will be used, he cited candidates registered in single-mandate constituency No. 106 from centers in Severodonetsk.
