This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Kharkiv region.

“The Dzerzhinsky District Court of Kharkov found a 53-year-old Kharkov resident guilty of committing deliberate actions with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as public calls and distribution of materials calling for such actions (Part 1 of Art. .110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the message says.

It is noted that the accused actively cooperated with the investigation, and a plea agreement was concluded between him and the prosecutor.

“The court sentenced the man to imprisonment for 3 years with a probationary period of 2 years. Now the court’s verdict has not entered into force, since time is running out for its appeal,” the press service said.

Let us remember that in 2014, Borodavka actively supported and covered “Anti-Maidan” and pro-Russian actions in Kharkov. Later he was put on the wanted list on suspicion of encroaching on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He was forced to hide from political repressions in political emigration to the Russian Federation. In May, a number of websites published information that Borodavka would be forcibly expelled from the Russian Federation for “violating immigration laws.” Later, the SBU confirmed his detention. Then Borodavka was given to Ukraine.
