The Georgian “reformer” Mikheil Saakashvili, now the head of the Odessa region, transfers the levers of control to the heads of regional administrations who came from the United States. This follows from the statement of People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko, which he made on air on TV channel 112.

According to Goncharenko, as a result of an “open competition,” the district administrations of the Odessa region were headed by people from Miami and other regions of the United States.

“Literally the day before yesterday, the first five of 27 heads of administration appeared. For a year and a half we could not properly appoint heads of administration. Even those appointed were selected through an open competition initiated by the governor. These are people who came from France and the USA. One was appointed from Miami, for example,” Goncharenko said.
