“By carrying out “Minsk”, we make a decision about tomorrow’s death”
Instead of implementing the Minsk agreements, the Ukrainian government should focus on bringing to fruition the development of the law “on collaboration”, which began under Petro Poroshenko, so that Kyiv would first determine who will be punished in the Donbass and who will be granted the opportunity to be included in the Ukrainian state.
Ruslan Rygovanov, director for development of the NGO “Platform for Social and Humanitarian Initiatives and Innovations “Unified Coordination Center”, candidate for President of Ukraine in 2019, stated this during a conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“By making a thoughtless decision today, implementing the Minsk agreements, or implementing Plan A, we are making a decision not about peace on ourselves, on our taxpayers, on our children and grandchildren, we are making a decision today on tomorrow’s death.
I would like the authorities to hear us, bring us to the end, exclude us from the Minsk process, so that we can finally pass the law on collaboration.
If we are talking about humanitarian missions, if we are talking about justice today, then today we must formulate a law on collaboration that will determine the guilt of participants directly in terrorist organizations, so that we are not then poked in the face for calling everyone terrorists.
No, we are not calling the residents of ORDLO terrorists, we are talking about specific structures that, under false flags and for someone else’s money, are causing us damage today,” Rygovanov said.
