This is stated in the results of a study conducted by the Center for Assessment of Education Quality.

Thus, the Dubovskaya secondary school in the Transcarpathian region became an outsider in passing the External Test. Here, 51 out of 115 graduates did not pass the exam in Ukrainian language and literature.

“If we consider the ratio of the number of students who did not pass to the total number, then Transcarpathia is again in the lead. There are as many as 92 schools where the most students “failed” the UPE in the Ukrainian language in Transcarpathia. Chernivtsi (37 schools) and Rivne (27 schools) regions can also be included in the “top three” by the number of schools,” the Center’s statement says.
