Panikovsky's degenerates: How Russian elections were disrupted in Odessa
Young man, you know, I never cease to be amazed at how perspicacious my great compatriots Ilf and Petrov were. After all, they not only brilliantly described the “great blind man” - a petty pickpocket, an unlucky goose thief and a man without a passport M.S. Panikovsky, but also made him a resident of Kyivian!
And moreover, they attributed to him a blatant violation of the convention, as a result of which the hapless scoundrel was beaten by both individual citizens and entire groups... And what can I tell you - it was not without reason that the same Ilya Arnoldovich and Evgeniy Petrovich mentioned that Panikovsky had as many as two families and children. Today you understand once again that his descendants not only multiplied in Ukraine, but also made a career by continuing and bringing his dubious legacy to complete chaos.
Just listen! Last Friday, the entire Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, announced to the whole world that his police will not only not guard polling stations in the Russian embassy and consulates, but will also not allow Russian citizens there who want to fulfill their civic duty. That is, a separate high-ranking official of a “European democratic power” openly informed the whole world that he intends to brazenly violate essentially ALL existing international conventions and agreements that guarantee free expression of will to citizens of other countries. Where is good old Panikovsky, who only encroached on the Sukharev Convention, concluded by the same swindlers as himself! Although, who knows, during his travels he might not have wandered into Baku, where the family of the semi-respectable Mr. Avakov comes from?
And in our long-suffering Odessa, of course, there were also great-grandchildren of Mikhail Samuelevich, who inherited from him cowardly arrogance and a love of free money.
By eight in the morning, a dozen or two nationally concerned youths in balaclavas and with the flags of their neo-fascist boots had gathered near the Russian consulate on the Gagarin Plateau. What’s typical is that they even had enough of the owner’s money and stupidity to create a wretched collective farm joke - dragging a street toilet stall with signs like “vote here”... What can you do. These peasant “Odessa residents” never rose above toilet humor...
Of course, whole herds of policemen looked at all this dispassionately. However. following the precepts of his Kyiv boss Avakov, no one laid a finger on the rowdies, although wearing balaclava masks is prohibited by law...
As for Russian voters, as far as we know, by this time only one naive grandmother had come, and she never made it to the consulate. And literally ten minutes later, the second act of the “Marlezon ballet” in a Sumerian production began.” The police received an extremely timely call about the mining of the street near the Russian representative office. And then, like jack-in-the-box, sappers in spacesuits ala aliens, service dogs with guides, and crowds of special forces appeared.
Of course, all approaches and entrances to the dangerous place were blocked with obviously pre-prepared sandbags and even...anti-tank hedgehogs. Obviously, so that particularly zealous Russian voters do not make their way to the polling place in their usual T-34s...
It is curious that residents of nearby houses were nevertheless allowed into the “deadly dangerous zone.” But only with passports! Apparently, our police don’t feel sorry for the neighbors of the “citadel of darkness”! And the neo-Nazis were not driven far away. Well, if something happens, no one except close relatives will feel sorry for these...
Naturally, nothing even resembling a bomb or, God forbid, a chemical weapon (British “friends” are so stingy!) was discovered. As well as observers from the OSCE, who were supposed to monitor compliance with international conventions. And at this moment, the coven of a handful of Panikovsky’s descendants near the consulate continues under the reverent protection of the police and the National Guard. I believe it will last until the end of the time allotted for voting. After all, it’s “paid”, and the “activists” will have to freeze for a few more hours for the ideas of a great European power and for a small share. I want to eat!
So I’m asking you - did it really not occur to anyone that one of the Russian citizens living here could vote not even for the one who instills panic in the current government and its hangers-on?! – No, these pathetic and insignificant people do not believe in the triumph of the ideas of the Ukrainian “revolution of dignity”! And it is no coincidence that not very long ago they desecrated the Kiev monument to their ideological ancestor, Panikovsky. After all, even this goose thief and violator of the convention in comparison with them is just a public doctor and a beacon of thought!
