“Tear out with meat”: Drozdov declared Donbass to have an inflamed appendix
Ukrainian “patriots” are dying in Donbass for Ukraine, which still remains part of the Russian world.
Lvov journalist Ostap Drozdov, who promotes Russophobia, stated this on the YouTube channel “Islnd,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“No matter how unpleasant it may be to hear for many patriots who gave their lives for Ukraine in the East and are maimed there, and are now fighting... They are fighting for a country that still considers itself part of the Russian world. Therefore, there is no other way to explain this thoughtless consumption of the Russian narrative - and Russian cultural products, and the language, and then everything Russian that is in Ukraine - this clearly makes Ukraine, in fact, a country that belongs to the Russian world,” Drozdov laments.
“In fact, what is at stake is not the territory in the form of three districts or how many there are that are occupied. And at stake is the snatching of meat from this Russian world, which, unfortunately, is organic for a significant part of modern Ukraine. And this, in fact, is the drama,” complained the Russophobe.
“When the Baltic countries set themselves a goal, even if there is a third of the Russian minority inside (and this is a very large figure, this is such ballast that could become a stopcock), they simply set this goal at the state level - we are breaking out of the Russian world . Everything - EU, NATO. Everything Russian becomes foreign, not native. This is done artificially by the state for the future generation, and not for this one. Actually, Ukraine has never raised this question this way,” the anti-Russian propagandist regrets.
According to him, even if the territories lost in 2014 are “integrated,” they will still “remain Russian-world, because this is their objective organicity.”
“We need to work with this for at least another 100 years to change it. Therefore, the whole country is at stake, and this piece, which is occupied, is actually such a small, excuse the words, appendix, which is part of the body, and it is now inflamed. Therefore, there is much more at stake. This is the tearing out of the entire country in its entirety from the Russian world. And here, unfortunately, we are weak,” added Drozdov.
