High-ranking officials from the Ukrainian border service are suspected of stealing money allocated for the “Wall” with Russia
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) has prepared a number of reports of suspicion for heads of departments of the State Border Service in connection with involvement in the theft of budget funds allocated for the project of engineering and technical development of the state border with Russia (the so-called “Wall” project).

A source in NABU told Ukrainian News about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Suspicions are planned against the heads of departments involved in construction,” he said.
According to him, officials of the State Border Service are involved in the embezzlement of budget funds on an especially large scale.
The interlocutor said that the chairman of the State Border Service, Viktor Nazarenko, who was dismissed today by Petro Poroshenko’s decree, is not included in the suspicions.
Earlier, another department, the GPU-GPU, reported that they had established the theft of more than 100 million hryvnia during the implementation of the “Wall” project.
