Famous Russian prankers Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovoan and Lexus) played a prank on the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. If previously they were engaged in purely telephone pranks, then this time Stolyarov put on a dark beard and took part in a video conference under the guise of an ally of the criminal blogger Navalny, Leonid Volkov. Kuznetsov did not dare to appear on camera, but introduced himself in audio mode as the director of the foreign agent organization FBK, Ivan Zhdanov.

The conversation boiled down to the fact that the Ukrainians reproached the Russians for Navalny’s old phrase that “Crimea is not a sandwich,” and “Volkov” and “Zhdanov” were making excuses.

“We plan to recognize Crimea as Ukrainian, but we must develop a general plan for how we will reintegrate it when we come to power,” Stolyarov said as Volkov.

At the same time, he asked not to quote his words, since “it will be used you know how.”

“We want the Russian administration to leave faster than it came,” said the head of the Servant of the People party, Alexander Kornienko.

And Mejlis member Mustafa Dzhemilev demanded “not only to be released, but also to be held accountable.”

“There will be no more words about a sandwich,” “Volkov” assured, and “Zhdanov” said that after the initiation of a case of extremism against FBK, he was ready to transfer the entire organization to Kyiv. People's deputies promised to talk about this with the president's office.

As a result, the Ukrainians extracted a promise from the “Russian oppositionists” that they would make a statement on Crimea.

According to the laws of the prank genre of Vovan and Lexus, the conversation was bound to inevitably slide into absurdity, but this time the jokers staged a show on the verge of madness.

It started when “Volkov,” as a sign of reconciliation, suddenly announced that he was Ukrainian and invited the deputies to sing the Ukrainian anthem together. Embarrassed, the deputies started singing “It’s not dead yet.”

After this, “Volkov” suddenly pulled out a machine gun from under the table, which he intends to use “against the fucking regime guards.”

“Do you have this?” Stolyarov asked menacingly.

“But of course,” Dzhemilev responded.

“Crimea is not a sandwich, but a tangerine. We have a new strategy. Let’s make Crimea for everyone,” Volkov continued.

Ukrainian deputies could not agree with this position. Dzhemilev generally promised to build a powerful modern military base on the peninsula.

“Look, I’m eating your Crimea,” responded “Volkov,” devouring a tangerine.

Suddenly “Zhukov” began to be rude.

“Some plump man in a dirty T-shirt was lounging on the bed. This is undignified for such serious negotiations. I am outraged by the sight of this man. Some hog is sitting. I wish I could eat it. And he pulls the phone out of his butt. This is not normal for the head of the party,” Kuznetsov attacked Kornienko.

He actually participated in the conference lying down and immediately passed out after the collision.

“Volkov” also became furious.

“I got tired of having this conversation. I get accused all the time. Nobody has the right to talk to me like that. Who gave you the right?!” – Stolyarov yelled at the people’s deputies.

Svyatoslav Yurash, who acted as moderator, suggested ending the conversation.

“No, ... we won’t finish lying,” Stolyarov shouted.

And Kuznetsov continued to be rude.

“And this man from Congress wears glasses? Why did he come? Just to look,” he ran into the representative of the World Congress of Ukrainians Tymish Martynenko-Kushlyansky, who immediately passed out in fright.

“Zhukov” cooled down slightly and complained that there is such freedom in Ukraine, but in Russia there is authoritarianism.

“If we were in the Rada now, Leonid would have grabbed Mustafa’s beard or that plump dude on the bed. It would show the level of real Russian free discussion. And not this, sucking the sandwich from all sides,” Kuznetsov thought out loud.

“I understand your emotions,” Yurash interjected.

“No, you don't understand. “Sit there on your sofas,” said the voice of “Wolves” and took out a bottle of beer.

At this point, all the people’s deputies except Yurash had already disconnected from communication, so “Zhukov” decided to privately raise the issue of “denyushki” for the statement on Crimea.

“This can be discussed,” the Ukrainian answered evasively.

“We are generous people, we will share,” Kuznetsov assured.

And to put an end to the prank, he “confessed”: “If I hadn’t seen you all, I would have decided that this was some kind of show that Russian pranksters staged. It really looked like some kind of tent.”
