Speaking in the Rada, Klimkin did not even mention the special status of Donbass
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin addressed deputies of the Ukrainian parliament, reporting on the results of the Berlin meeting of the Normandy Four.

The minister said that a “road map” was to be developed. It is noteworthy that in his speech Klimkin did not even mention the special status of Donbass, the introduction of which was announced by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and which is provided for by the Minsk agreements.
It is also worth noting that the Ukrainian side is no longer demanding the transfer of control abroad before the elections in Donbass.
According to Klimkin, Ukraine will regain control the day after the elections.
