Poroshenko's speech in Munich turned out to be a complete failure

As PolitNavigator reported, the day before, the chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Relations, Konstantin Kosachev, said that Poroshenko did not receive the right to speak fully at the Munich Conference.
“Usually top officials get the opportunity to speak out in detail. Mr. Poroshenko did not receive such an opportunity. He will speak out tonight as a commentator on the session, which will not be devoted to Ukraine at all, but to the issue that worries everyone here about the relationship between NATO and the EU. Besides this, there was no place for Poroshenko to comment on an issue that was alien to him at the Munich conference,” Kosachev said.
