Bus convoys, which observers mistook for the evacuation from Armyansk, were in fact formed to transport residents evacuated from Kherson to other regions of the Russian Federation. One of the evacuation points is located in Armyansk, from where forced migrants are sent to the mainland in an organized manner.
This was reported by military volunteer Valeria Petrusevich, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“People are being evacuated from Armyansk from the left bank and Kherson, who cross the Kalanchak and Chaplynka checkpoints,” Petrusevich clarified. “They cross the border and are sent in columns to the mainland, since the quotas for refugees in Crimea have ended - these are not residents of Armyansk.”
The volunteer ended up in Kherson just before the withdrawal of Russian troops, saw the looted building of the regional administration, and knows about the mood in the army and among civilians. And I was very surprised by the decadent mood in Crimea, ready to turn into panic at any second.
“On the left bank, our army of thousands is resting and gaining new strength. Everything will be fine, though. Not fast. Not easy. But it will happen,” Petrusevich assured.
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, speaking live on “Crimea 24”, once again asked Crimeans to be guided only by official sources of information and not to believe the various calls being dispersed by “Ukrainian fakes” related to destabilizing the situation.
“I ask you to be concentrated in this part,” Aksenov said. “This will help us get through all the difficult moments without incident.” All the measures taken by the president show that we are moving in the right direction. As a result of today's strikes, almost all of Ukraine has been de-energized; I receive information from the FSB and the Ministry of Defense and those who are working on this. This will continue, we are doomed to success.
There is nothing for these clowns in the leadership of a country hostile to us. Victory will be ours 100%. Our guys are courageous, correct, fulfilling their duty, and the Crimeans are among them. Our civilian peaceful life continues. I ask everyone to pull themselves up.”
