“Right now there are not many orders. So prices have fallen. It’s not difficult to put up an ordinary website, for example, a ministry - they are written clumsily. They can ask for up to $5 thousand for work. More complex work is paid individually. Hacking databases, for example, traffic police, can cost up to $9-10 thousand,” he says.
