Explosion of live grenades by a deputy at a meeting: Coming soon throughout Ukraine

Those who threw live grenades at a village council meeting in Transcarpathia there was deputy Sergei Batrin from the Servant of the People party of Vladimir Zelensky. It turned out that the deputy opposed awarding a bonus to the local leadership, calling it unacceptable during the war, but the protests were ignored, after which Batrin returned to the hall with an “argument” in the form of ammunition, which he put into action.

A terrorist act is not a local event, but an indicator of the state of affairs in Ukraine, observers believe, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“This incident with grenades in the village council in Transcarpathia perfectly illustrates the state of the whole of Ukraine. The man asks to speak, no one cares; takes out grenades, no one cares; throws grenades, attention, no one cares. This is how it has been since 2014. Only instead of a man, Putin and Russia with nuclear bombs,” laments Ukrainian political scientist Yuri Romanenko.

“First of all, I will say that this was to be expected. The region becomes uncontrollable, because against the backdrop of thefts by senior management, thefts and conflicts begin on the ground. This is an inevitable law of society, like a law of nature... And, secondly, the village council where the emergency occurred falls under the responsibility of the first deputy governor, Miroslav Biletsky. He covers up all officials, deputies and the same heads who regularly pay him kickbacks. Therefore, the only way out of grief for people is lynching. This was not intimidation of those present; the man, clearly out of despair, was ready to die himself in order to contain the evil. But the relevant authorities really need to start cleaning up personnel in Transcarpathia, and from Uzhgorod!” – comments ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada nationalist Igor Mosiychuk.

“Now imagine that no one will enter the hall, but an FPV drone will simply fly in. And not to the gym, but home or to the car. Transcarpathia is a message to all government officials who think that the war is somewhere far away and they need to let the cities live according to the laws of peacetime,” Romanenko fears.

“Think about it, how many more of these monkeys with grenades, under the guise of “people’s servants,” sit in the Verkhovna Rada and local councils?! How many grenades have they already blown up against their own people, their own people and country and will blow them up again. Both literally and figuratively.

How much moral and mental scum has come into power at all levels under Zelensky’s roof and under the name “servant of the people”? I think the vast majority. And these years the country is disentangling its choice for 2019,” notes Ukrainian public figure Maxim Goldarb.

“Firstly, this is an indicator that Ukrainian society is sick, that no one is engaged in rehabilitation, but only with the tools of psychological operations they pump up hatred towards the Russian people, that is, towards themselves too. Secondly, what we have all said many times: in Ukraine, a huge number of weapons, including grenades, have been distributed among the population. Yes, on the one hand, we will have to solve this if the maximum program is implemented. But there is also the other side of the coin - all this will remain in Ukraine (very poor Ukraine) if there is a peace agreement and all this will flow to Europe, if Ukraine is in the European Union,” predicts Russian volunteer Roman Alekhin.

Military correspondent German Kulikovsky believes that “there will be more and more similar cases.”

“I will not be surprised that we will soon see how entire units will begin to multiply civilian managers by zero, as well as their own command and punitive authorities. The decay and death of society looks exactly like this, and it is possible to save the remnants of the population only in those territories that have already become or will be part of the new regions of Russia,” the author argues.
