Explosion in the center of Dnepropetrovsk: Sapper-punisher eliminated
This morning in Dnepropetrovsk, on Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street, a car in which there was ex-ATO militant Alexey Kavlak (call sign “Snake”) exploded. During his service in Donbass, he was a sapper, and now he was a member of the nationalist organization “Ukrainian Legion”
Along with Kavlak, a passenger died - an employee of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Daria Grechishcheva, who also helped the members of the punitive group in the Donbass as a volunteer.
The city police suspect a terrorist attack and have opened a criminal case under Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to one version, the car contained explosives that belonged to Kavlak, which caused the explosion. This version is confirmed in his blog by the speaker of the right-wing radical group “UNA-UNSO” Nazar Prikhodko:
“The driver was (I don’t know if it’s possible to give personal details, probably not) a sapper, and the passenger was an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Both died immediately. The police have two versions:
1.The explosives they were transporting;
2. Premeditated murder.
I will not draw personal conclusions until, however, I note that the sapper is not just a sapper, but a front-line sapper.”
Let us remind you that we were previously in Kyiv the head of the reserve of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Colonel Maxim Shapoval, was eliminated, known for organizing sabotage in Crimea and Donbass.
