Let us remind you that yesterday, late in the evening, an explosion occurred in the “Wall” cafe. In connection with the explosion, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 2 of Art. 258 (terrorist attack) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to the press service of the regional police, at the time of the explosion in the cafe in Kharkov, there were 22 people in the club, mostly young people. Two of the victims are in serious condition. The police noted that all the victims were Kharkov residents.
To solve the explosion in the “Wall”, an interdepartmental investigative and operational group was created consisting of specialists from the Ukrainian State Security Service, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkov region.
In turn, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Zoryan Shkiryak, said that the explosion in a public institution has all the “signs of a targeted terrorist attack aimed at destabilizing the situation and intimidating the population.”
“Based on preliminary findings, it can be said that planned sabotage is clearly visible. It is possible that FSB agents, as the main organizers of such terrorist provocations on the territory of Ukraine, may be behind this cynical bloody crime,” Shkiryak said.
“It is worth noting that the Russian special services have long been acting using the methods of extremist fanatics, organizing large-scale terrorist attacks with numerous victims even in Russia. The evil empire never takes human lives into account,” says the minister’s adviser.
As PolitNavigator reported, this is not the first incident in which representatives of the Ukrainian security forces blame the Russian special services.
