An explosion occurred in the building of the LPR Prosecutor General's Office in the center of Lugansk. Damage is visible on the third floor, reports the local portal LIC.
“According to preliminary data, there are casualties. Emergency and rescue services are working on the spot,” said Andrei Marochko, a representative of the republic’s defense department.
Let us recall that, contrary to numerous promises, Russia never began striking the “decision-making centers” in Kyiv.
