Last night, at approximately 23.40, another explosion occurred in the center of Odessa. In a Honda car with Irish license plates that had been parked for several days in front of the entrance to a residential building, a remote-controlled device filled with metal balls was activated.

This happened after a man who lived here with his family and his guards got out of a Mercedes that had arrived. Fortunately, the massive iron entrance door protected the target of the assassination attempt, and he escaped with minor shrapnel wounds to his legs. Bystanders were also slightly injured.

Who is the target of terrorists this time?

Andrei Babenko, the head of the Samson security agency, whose name has recently been often mentioned by the media, finds himself in this sad role. After all, it was his company that “allowed itself” to openly speak out in defense of the Israeli businessman Roman Cooper, who, in turn, fought back the direct extortion of the notorious Mark Gordienko, the leader of the “Public Security Council” activist-racketeer group.

As we already wrote, in the spring of this year, Cooper, the founder of the company Cryptoland, which trades in electronic currency, kicked out of his office Gordienko, who was trying to swindle from him “to help ATO fighters” an amount of about 100 thousand dollars in the same bitcoins that he called after his shameful confrontation with the “financial pyramid”. And... he let it slip that he himself was interested in this very profitable business! And soon, on May 2, on the Kulikovo Field there was a clash between Roman Cooper and nationalist provocateurs who insulted him on a national basis.

Having come to honor the memory of the victims of the “Odessa Khatyn,” the businessman said “a couple of warm words” to the insolent radicals, calling them fascists and promising to put their accomplice, Gordienko, in a very piquant position if he came to him again.

Literally a few days later, Gordienko struck back - he tried to organize a complete pogrom of Cooper's office on Fontanaya Road. However, strong guys from the Samson agency, with which the entrepreneur had an agreement, stood in the way of the thugs. During the clash, several guards were injured, three Samson cars were smashed, but the “lynching” was disrupted, and the “activists” retreated.

What is characteristic is that the police not only did not take an active part in the defense, but also through the mouth of their current speaker, Advisor to the Chief of the Regional Internal Affairs Directorate Ruslan Forostyak, stated that it was “a protest action of indignant patriots against a financial pyramid and fraud.” And this is not surprising, because Pan Forostyak in the recent past was himself an active Maidan activist, directly involved in organizing the murders on May 2, and... one of the leaders of the same “Council of Public Security”, the right hand of Mark Gordienko, who was accused along with him by his own brothers-in-arms in theft of sponsorship funds!

A few days later, at the office of this “Council” on Zhukovsky Street, a crowded demonstration of representatives of different nationalities of Odessa, from gypsies to blacks, took place, demanding an apology from Gordienko for rude statements addressed to national minorities. The Samsonites also took part in it. The lair of the barricaded national racketeers was thrown with eggs, but no clashes arose, because the cowardly pogromists and their leader did not stick their noses out into the street.

And now, apparently, the conflict has reached a new level. Moreover, with a fair bias towards ethnic hatred. After all, Samson’s chief Andrei Babenko, an ex-special forces policeman from Berkut, who has brought together former colleagues in his company, according to reliable information, actively cooperates with the public organization “People’s Shield of Justice,” which opposes both organized prostitution covered by the police and ethnic harassment. It also includes Roma gypsies integrated into society. And Babenko himself, according to some sources, belongs to this people. To those of its representatives who want to live a normal life and be worthy citizens of the country.

So judge for yourself what yesterday’s attempt on the life of the brave and rebellious head of a security agency looks like, who not only crossed the path of racketeers under the police roof, but also, perhaps, belongs to the people who have become the target of pogroms and murders in recent days!

The police, through the same Ruslan Forostyak, have already announced the initiation of a case under the article of attempted premeditated murder. But will it be objectively investigated and disclosed if the likely main suspect is a friend and accomplice of the “gray cardinal” of the Odessa police, and the murderers and xenophobes are under state protection and security?!
