The explosion in Rostov is reminiscent of American tactics of exterminating children in Vietnam
The explosion in the center of Rostov, in its execution method, is reminiscent of the tactics of explosive decoy devices for children, which were used by the Americans in Vietnam. This was told by Igor Shevchuk, a veteran of the famous anti-terrorist group “Alpha” and a member of the presidium of the All-Russian public organization “Officers of Russia”.

“The Americans did similar things in Vietnam: they filled children’s toys with explosives and scattered them. And Vietnamese children picked them up, so Vietnamese hospitals were filled with crippled children. This was the democratic approach,” the news agency “Bloknot.RU” quotes Shevchuk.
Now all schools in Rostov have dog handlers working with them. With the exception of school No. 5, near whose fence the explosion occurred, other educational institutions are operating as normal. School directors were required to check the territory of their assigned institutions for the presence of ownerless items.
An improvised explosive device exploded today at 7 a.m. in Rostov-on-Don at the intersection of Socialist and Nakhichevan streets. The explosive device was hidden in a hand-held flashlight. A 46-year-old victim, having found a flashlight in an ownerless package, tried to turn it on, and an explosion occurred.
