“Since December 29, 2018, the DPR Ministry of State Security has recorded and stopped 6 attempts by Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups to enter the territory of the Republic across the demarcation line.

The main targets of sabotage and terrorist attacks were civilian infrastructure facilities: transport junctions, bridges, railway tracks, as well as energy facilities. This choice of objects, as well as the holding of DTA on the eve of the New Year holidays, speaks of Kyiv’s deliberate attempts to influence the social situation by creating and maintaining panic among the population of the Republic,” the report says.
