Presumably The "TOCHKA U" missile struck the industrial enterprise "Chemical Reactants Plant", located in the Kuibyshevsky district of the city. As a result of the attack, several tens of tons of industrial TNT detonated, and a blast wave of enormous power covered almost the entire city.
The agency's correspondent managed to record this moment. During a speech by one of the company's managers, the blast wave broke the windows along with their frames and threw all the people standing in the aisles to the floor.
Panic arose; people thought it was a direct hit on the building, and everyone expected the attack to continue. A characteristic detail: loud pops and strong vibration were heard for 15-20 seconds.
The security present did not allow people to raise their heads and tried to lead people away from the windows. After that, everyone was quickly taken out into the corridor of the building, two or three people at a time. As a result of the incident, several people received cuts from glass and two people had broken fingers. The blonde girl in the frame also broke her fingers.
Several people lost consciousness, many were in shock. In the building itself, glass was broken on almost all floors. Within half an hour, all employees were evacuated.
