Russian expert, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko is sure of this.

“I don’t think this can affect the course of the war. This can only be affected by a change of power in Kyiv. As for the explosion at weapons warehouses, there are a lot of warehouses in Ukraine left after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The Carpathian, Kiev, and Odessa military districts were intended to conduct combat operations against NATO countries and, of course, have huge reserves of weapons. Ukraine sold a lot, but some remained. Yes, one of the largest warehouses exploded, but there is more. These explosions show the chaos and lack of discipline in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the country’s military-industrial complex,” Korotchenko said in a comment to PolitNavigator.
