In a video released by the State Border Service of Ukraine, Montyan speaks quite harshly against the border guards.
“Russia will come and hang you all here on telegraph poles. And I will be very happy about it,” the lawyer says in the video.
In a commentary to Hromadska Radio, a representative of the State Border Service Oleg Slobodyan said that Tatyana Montyan was detained on behalf of another law enforcement agency.
“The initiators of this assignment are now working with her. As for Mr. Boyko, the State Border Service has no claims against him, he can go to his destination,” Slobodyan told reporters.
However, Vladimir Boyko accused the representative of the State Border Service of lying.
“In fact, on August 12, 2016, at the verbal request of the detective department of the SBU in the Yavorovsky district of the Lviv region, without any legal grounds and in fact on the territory of Poland, I, journalist Vladimir Boyko, was detained. The request was motivated by the fact that People’s Deputy of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko speaks poorly of me, who allegedly posted a message on the “Peacemaker” website that I am an agent of Putin,” the journalist said on his page on the social network. – At the time when the SBU operative called the administration of the Grushev border crossing with such a request, I had already completed customs and passport formalities on the Ukrainian side, and was entered into the State Border Service database as a person who had left the territory of Ukraine and was actually on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
It was there, on Polish territory, that I was illegally detained by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine without the knowledge of the competent authorities of Poland and deported to Ukraine. Tatyana Montyan, who that day, indeed, was at the same border checkpoint, was not detained by anyone, no “initiators” “worked” with Montyan and she, as a law-abiding citizen, was only brought in by the State Border Service as a WITNESS in a case that was falsified at the request of the SBU regarding me. Today Tatyana Montyan is in Poland, and after 7:00 of being under escort at 4 in the morning on August 13, 2016, I was expelled by the State Border Guard Service without any explanation from the territory of the Grushev border crossing and now I am already in Kyiv.”
Currently, Vladimir Boyko has appealed to the military prosecutor's office with a statement regarding his illegal detention by border guards.
Let us recall that Vladimir Boyko previously said that the current deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Semyon Semenchenko illegally received a military rank with the assistance of Anton Gerashchenko, and recently Boyko told shocking details about the sexual orgies of the Tornado commander Ruslan Onishchenko, accused of crimes against civilians in the so-called ATO zone .
Earlier, Tatyana Montyan, representing the interests of journalist Roman Kotsaba in court, stated that there is no Russian army on the territory of Ukraine, since otherwise the judges would hang on poles.
