Russia is just beginning to transition to modern warfare in Ukraine, and has not even truly deployed its air power yet.
Military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on the video blog of Ukrainian propagandist Ruslan Bizyaev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Starikov, the Russian military machine has not yet deployed its full power.
“I am afraid that they will start carrying out air operations. They've never done them before. If someone thinks that they are afraid of the air defense systems that we received, MANPADS, then this is a deep misconception, they are not afraid of it. They simply haven’t made a decision...
In my opinion, at the strategic level the heavy, rusty machine is not moving yet. The tactical level begins to make the strategic level move.
